If you go a bit farther from the metro area, you will find even more variety in the types of equestrian real estate available including undeveloped land, partially developed land, and ranches ready to go. Possible locations include Desert HIlls and New River to the north, Apache Junction and East Mesa to the southeast, Goodyear and Avondale to the west. All locations include plenty of places for equestrians to play.
